PROMs and PREMs
Recovery Metrics integrates with Cliniko to automate patient outcome monitoring. It syncs patient data and appointments, providing practitioners with an overview of their entire caseload as well as individual progress dashboards for each of their patients.
The system identifies the patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) and patient-reported experience measures (PREMs) for each individual patient (according to their age and presenting concern). Twenty-four hours ahead of each upcoming appointment, patients will then receive a link to the appropriate questionnaire via SMS.
