Automated UK insurance billing

Effra automates the billing of all major UK health insurers directly from Cliniko. Insurer invoices are read in real time from Cliniko, and as soon as you raise an invoice, it shows up in Effra. Patient information and insurance details such as policy numbers and authorisation codes are also pulled from Cliniko to minimise double entry!

Effra will flag invoices immediately if there is any missing or incorrect information that prevents a claim from being submitted. These invoices are then automatically submitted to all major insurers, including Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Vitality and more.

No matter the format, remittances are processed and payments are automatically applied to the right invoices in Cliniko.

This allows you to bill insurers from claim to payment without ever leaving Cliniko!

Effra manages the entire process: invoice submission, remittance processing, patient excess payments, chasing insurers, and reconciliation all the way to your bank account.

Integrating is easy
