By integrating directly with Cliniko, Abby intelligently interprets SMS replies from patients and automatically updates the appointment status within the Cliniko appointment book. Confirmations are marked, cancellations are flagged, and unclear responses are highlighted for manual review, all while preserving patient confidentiality by using only patient IDs.
Chrome extension

Integration is seamless via a Chrome extension, which overlays the Cliniko interface without altering the original data.
