There’s been lots happening behind the scenes at Cliniko lately! We’re excited to release a couple of new features that we hope make your workday a bit smoother. You’ll find an update that allows you to instantly convert images and PDFs into Cliniko templates, plus managing payments across multiple invoices is now a whole lot easier. And this is just the beginning—there are more features in the works, which we can’t wait to share with you in the coming weeks and months.
Turn PDFs and images into Cliniko templates in seconds Automatically transform your PDFs, images, and paper documents into Cliniko templates! Cliniko’s new image generation tool immediately generates templates, and the end result is fully customisable to suit your practice. If you’ve got paper patient forms and treatment notes, this is an instant way to digitise them, without resorting to a scanner.
Upcoming changes to payment allocations Allocating payments acrossmultiple invoices is now a lot more straightforward. You’ll now have total flexibility to decide which invoice you want payments to be directed towards automatically: the oldest invoice first, the newest, the one you’re working on, or none at all. You’ll also retain full manual control to make any tweaks!
