We have a few new updates that we’re excited to share with you, and in addition, we want to thank you for your support in donating to Ukraine! Read on for everything that’s happened over the past month.

Newest Cliniko updates

  • Practitioners can now digitally sign invoices! We plan on introducing this to other areas of Cliniko as well (such as letters), but invoices are the first to get this feature. It’s optional, of course, but will allow for automated signatures to be applied to the invoices that patients receive!
  • A new smart 1 day view feature allows you to display the schedules for just the practitioners that are working on a given day—which should make viewing the calendar a little easier!
  • It’s now a lot simpler to email your patients a list of their upcoming appointments.
  • It’s also easier to see if a data export has been deleted.

New team members at Cliniko

As the year goes on, we’ve continued to add to our team! At the end of 2021, we hired two new developers and a content writer. Since then, we’ve added another member! Paula joins our development team from the Philippines and has ten years of experience as a software developer. She’s looking forward to working with Cliniko to make sure that it continues to run smoothly and efficiently (one of her favourite things to work on is performance improvements, which basically means a speedier, smoother Cliniko experience!). In her spare time, she enjoys playing video games and being active. Welcome, Paula! 🥳

On the blog

Cliniko founder Joel chats about his thoughts on business personas, letting employees be their true selves at work, and why this matters for our workplace.

Thanks to your donations, we’ve been able to send $87,259 (AUD) to humanitarian and animal welfare causes in Ukraine. We couldn’t have done this without you!

Digital marketing is all the rage, and London-based physiotherapist James Turgis offers advice and best practices on how to best use online marketing to attract patients to your clinic—with no doctor referrals needed.

That’s all for this month—we’ll see you next time!
