Bira and Bart have joined the Cliniko team

We are excited to welcome Bira and Bart to the Cliniko team. Both have just joined us this week.

Ubiratan Alberton (Bira)

Bira is a super talented software developer based in São Paulo, Brazil. He’s an experienced developer and is joining us to help us keep pushing Cliniko forward with improvements. Most his time will be spent:

• Adding new features to Cliniko
• Improving existing features
• Improving performance
• Catching and fixing bugs

I’m sure you’ll start seeing him get active on our forums as he gets familiar with the system and begins working on your requests.

Bart Lewis

Bart is joining our team to help with supporting our customers. If you send in a support ticket or get in touch for assistance, there’s a good chance you’ll meet him. Bart is based in Maryland in the United States. His working hours will crossover with the United Kingdom, Canada and United States business hours. This means we’ll be much faster with support all hours of the day.

He’ll spend most of his time:

• Answering queries that come in via support tickets or email
• Live chat on our website
• Answering questions via social media (facebook and twitter)
• Improving help documentation in our knowledgebase
• Helping people on our forums
